Which Small Group class do I book in to?
Level 1- authentic Pilates fundamentals - suitable for beginners, this class adapts as clients become stronger and more familiar with the work.
Level 2 - a solid class for those familiar with authentic Pilates fundamentals and are working on building strength and flexibility.
Level 3 - challenge yourself with this high level authentic Pilates class.
- classes may be a mix of 2 levels.
